Product: Freight Pricing Platform

The Problem: Uber must generate pricing across thousands of shipping lanes with the goal of improving efficiency and implementing pricing strategies.

The Solution: Our internal product covers the end-to-end process of ingesting shipping requirements, generating pricing, allowing for manual confirmations and adjustments, finalizing service contracts, fulfilling the contracts, and tracking performance metrics along the way.
